Account Information

Viscofans is for the parts trade only. You must register for a Viscofans trade account and be a legitimate parts supplier in order to use our service.

Once you have a free trade account, you will have access to exclusive trade prices as well as our white labelling service.

To get a Viscofans trade account, simply fill out our registration form and supply one of the following:

For UK companies: Company letterheaded paper with full business name, registered office, company registration number and VAT number.

For countries outside the UK: Company letterhead with full business name, company number and tax identification number.

When completed, you will receive confirmation from us that your Viscofans’ trade account has been set up. You will then receive your details within a few days.

Our prices are exclusively for trade customers. Therefore, we will need to confirm that you are a legitimate trades-person or business.

To request a credit account application form please get in touch with your account manager.

Please note: All credit account applications will be subject to a credit search and/or 6 months of clean trading with us to be eligible.

All the information held by us about your company is for internal use only and remains strictly confidential. For more information on how we collect, store and process your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

As part of our service, we may contact you regarding offers or products that may be of interest to you. Should you wish to no longer receive these marketing messages, please contact us so we can remove you from our database.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes. As a global supplier of fan hubs, radiator fans and fan assemblies we can ship any volume of engine cooling part you need anywhere in the world.

Please note: There may be extra costs and time allowances needed, depending on the order size and destination. But, in general, if you need it, we can ship it.

Yes, we can.

A benefit of being a Viscofans’ customer is exclusive access to our white labelling service. Consequently, we can package your order in unbranded boxes, or use your own labels to deliver direct to your customer. For more information please see our White Labelling page.

Lead times vary depending on part, volume and destination. Smaller volumes of popular items are usually shipped on the same day. Larger order volumes are scheduled or made-to-order on a lead time.

For the UK and Europe, we generally deliver products to you within 24/48 hours. However, for the rest of the world, please contact us for our latest shipping schedules.

Customer Service

Our prices are exclusively for trade customers only and vary depending on order quantities. Therefore, if you need a price for any part, simply ‘add to quote’ on each product page. You can also get in touch with us directly if you find it easier.

We’ve made our website as easy to navigate as possible. We have even included our full Viscofans’catalogue as a download (with over 15,000 products). However, we understand that sometimes it’s just easier to get in touch with someone directly.

Therefore, if you can’t find the part you need, please get in touch straight away.

We can supply virtually every fan drive and engine cooling fan ever made so we can definitely help.

No, you can order any volume of parts you need. Depending on availability, you can buy 1 item, or you can buy 100s.

In addition, we can dispatch one-off orders or regular weekly/monthly shipments as per your schedules.

As fan clutch specialists, we make sure you’re getting the right part you need at the point of ordering.

However, we understand mistakes can happen. Therefore, we’re happy to refund any unused products bought from us within 28 days upon production of the original invoice/receipt as long as it is a current stock item. Please get in touch with us for items that have been made-to-order and we will assess the options for you.

Please note: A re-stocking charge of 15% will be applied.

Technical Information

Yes, but it depends on the fan clutch or assembly.

In the past, fan clutches and radiator fans were designed to be repairable. Did you know, we even started out as a fan clutch repair and refurbishment centre?

Nowadays, it is not possible to repair most engine cooling parts as they are designed to be replaced, not repaired. Consequently, we might not be able to fix a faulty fan clutch.

If you’re unsure if your faulty fan clutch can be repaired, please get in touch. Most times, however, you will find you will need to replace, rather than repair, the fan hub.
